Key Operational Logic

Coagulant Dosing Control
Dosage adjusted based on RW_TURB and reaction basin pH (REAC_pH1, REAC_pH2). Higher raw turbidity requires proportionally higher chemical dosage.
Chlorine Dosing Control
Chlorine dosage adjusted to maintain CWR_CL at 0.3–0.5 mg/l and DN_CL at minimum 0.3 mg/l.
Distribution Pump Operation
Pump count adjusted based on DN_FLOW demand and CWR_WL1-4 levels. Low levels = reduce pumps. High levels = activate more pumps.
Filter Backwash
Triggered when FIL_TURB exceeds threshold or after 24–48 hour operating cycle.
